Product Returns Policy

At aether haircare and skincare, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have developed the following product returns policy:

1. Eligibility:
- Our product returns policy is applicable to products purchased directly from aether haircare and skincare either through our official website or physical retail stores.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

2. Timeframe:
- Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- For products purchased during the holiday season (between November 1st and December 31st), the return period is extended until January 15th of the following year.

3. Return Options:
- Online Purchases: If you purchased the product online, you have two options for returns:
   a) Return by Mail: You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team, who will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
   b) In-store Return: You may also return the product to any of our physical retail stores by presenting the original receipt or order confirmation email.

4. Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided as per your preference.

7. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
